What Is The Delivery Time For My Order?

We aim for 3-7 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec) orders may take longer.

UK Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch. (please bear in mind there may be a slight delay with royal mail especially during the current situation) so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

What is the cost of delivery?

Shipping is dependent on weight, size and its destination. 

Do your prices include shipping?

The prices shown on the pages are for the item only, shipping prices will be added in the shopping cart.

If I Leave Without Placing My Order Will My Items Remain In My Basket?

Your items should automatically be stored in your basket. If you log out of your account and then back into your account the items will remain in your basket until they are either removed or you successfully checkout and pay for them.

How can I amend an order, or add delivery instructions after an order has been placed?

If you wish to leave any instructions for an order, or amend any details after an order has been placed please email us stating the order number and amendments.  (Please note in some cases an amendment cannot be made manually and we may have to cancel and refund the order for it to be placed again. Please do not send messages via PayPal when checking out as we do not receive these messages.

Are All The Products In Your Store Sustainable?

Our aim is to ensure that the products you find in our store are as sustainable and ethically traded as we can find. We work closely with suppliers who actually believe that ethics and business do mix, and are like minded. As a result the materials we use are sourced from places in the world where the people are treated fairly and paid well for their efforts. Sustainability is on our minds when we look at the materials that are used.  

What happens if an item arrives faulty, or damaged in transit?

This can be found in full in Terms and Conditions, but in short, we require photographic evidence for any item and a replacement will be dispatched.

Are my personal details secure?

We utilise the latest in Secure Server Technology to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards. We never make your personal details available to companies outside of ArtnSoul for marketing purposes without your express permission, although our representatives may hold your data so that your details and/or order can be processed and/or account maintained.
